Disclaimer:
This hack is was good, that bluetooth headsets are commercially available now. I suggest buying the finished deal, unless you want to do it for enjoyment reasons. Original article follows:

Part one
Buy a Bluetooth receiver with a jack connector.
Buy a headphone. (I prefer a black Koss headphone, with black headrest)
Split the two wires by removing the rubber seal.
Thread one side of the wire around the head rest and to the other ear. Left to right is best because of the construct.

Glue on the receiver using super glue. make sure the buttons, plug holes and charging plug is accessible.

Then use some tape with the same color as the headset, to attach the wire that goes under the headrest.
One piece on each side and one in the middle.
Make sure there is enough wire for extending the phones and leave some wiggle room so the ear pad can move. Put it on your head and test it. If you placed the tape where i said it should still retain some of of adjust ability.

plug the headset and test if it works.

Part 2

This part require a soldering iron and some tin. If you don't have this swirl the cable around the headrest and call it the day.

Cut the first wire with the correct length(with some extra in case of mistakes).

Strip of the plastic on both ends.

Solder the same cables together and use some tape to make sure they different ones don't contact each other. These small wires have a near invisible plastic around them, burn away with the soldering iron.

Now test the device before you proceed. If there is no sound either the cables are touching or not well enough soldered.

Cut and solder the other wire.

Test again.

Make some finishing touches and try to hide excess wires. color it or tape it some more.
